Shipping, Delivery & Payment Policy
Abhinehkrafts is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
All our International orders are delivered via FedEx and DHL Express.
Although, our reach is worldwide barring a few conflicted areas on this planet. However, there could be certain postal codes wherein delivery is not possible directly. For those cases, please bear with us. In such cases, we partner with postal agencies and ship your orders. However, that also means we are not able to control the delivery status and tracking of those shipments. You would be updated on the mode of delivery and other details regarding your shipment by email.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Our standard shipping is free for most locations across the world. Please note your order may be subjected to additional custom duties and local taxes/VAT/GST at the time of delivery. The buyers are responsible for these additional charges. These charges will be collected by the logistics providers at the time of delivery and remitted to the customs/local government at buyer's location.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. For certain handcrafted items, processing time may be higher. In such cases, you will be duly notified regarding the status of your order. Similarly, pre-orders may take 5-10 days to process and dispatch. Please note due to the Covid-19 situation, unprecedented delays are possible and beyond our control. We solicit your kindness and cooperation.
Delivery in India: Products are delivered in India within 4-5 days from the date of dispatch. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified and a tracking iD would be shared so that you can track your order in almost real time. For delays due to reasons beyond our control such as natural calamity, political or social unrest, custom delays - please bear with us.
Delivery outside India: For International orders, the date of delivery ranges from 9-15 days from the date of shipping for standard delivery. For expedited delivery mode, products are delivered within 3-4 days from the date of shipping.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
We craft and curate handcrafted products and minor imperfections are possible. However, there could be cases wherein you need to return the product:
A. Domestic Orders (India): If you are in India and If you think, you have received the product in a bad/ unusable condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person (only for India based orders). Also, do send us a message regarding the same. If the product is in unusable condition, send us an email with pictures at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. You may be asked to ship the product back to us. We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back
B. International Orders: If you are based outside India, please click the picture of the damaged product and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. If the concern is genuine, we will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
What are the payment modes available?
Currently, we are only accepting payments via PayPal. You can choose to use your Credit/Debit cards or net banking at the PayPal interface.
